Design Proposal

The Digestif Trolley enhances the post-meal experience by showcasing Trudon Pillar candles through an elegant display, creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere that elevates the enjoyment of digestif.

For over 380 years, Trudon has mastered the art of wax and light, crafting candles that evoke history, ritual, and refinement.

– Expand Trudon’s presence beyond home fragrance by introducing a lifestyle object rooted in ritual and visual poetry.

– Design a digestif trolley that embodies serenity, elegance, and candlelit atmosphere through Trudon’s unique design language.

Project Brief

Group Research as a class of 12 people:

The Digestif

Digestif is an alcoholic beverage served after a meal to aid digestion. Digestifs are usually served with Cognac, Armagnac, Calvados, and Chartreuse.

Most trolleys focus on function or commercial style, but Trudon’s trolley centers on atmosphere and ritual—turning a simple service into a refined post-dining experience.
